The Island Packet 439 is engineered for reliability and comfort with a thoughtfully designed systems suite. Deluxe electrical panels provide clear, centralized control of AC and DC power, supported by a 30-amp shore power system with full GFCI protection, a 5000-peak inverter/charger, and a fail-safe galvanic isolator. Pre-wiring for essential upgrades—including windlass, bow thruster, fans, speakers, and VHF—ensures flexibility for future installations.

At the helm, an advanced engine monitoring system offers confidence under way, while LED navigation lights and a robust grounding/bonding system maximize safety offshore. Below deck, tanks are strategically placed for balance and efficiency: a 160-gallon baffled aluminum fuel tank, a 260-gallon ThermoCure™ fresh water tank, and a 55-gallon fiberglass holding tank with remote monitoring.

Systems are supported by premium components, from a heavy-duty Rule® bilge pump with electronic switch and alarm to UL-listed bronze seacocks on all thru-hulls. Hot and cold pressurized water is delivered throughout, with an insulated eleven-gallon water heater and dedicated sump system for showers and sinks. An LPG system with dual shutoffs and room for an extra tank rounds out a comprehensive design that blends technical excellence with the luxury of dependable comfort at sea.
