Our first center cockpit design, the IP485 is introduced. Jim and Marita Hofferberth aboard Waunstraum (IP38-109), Bruce, Mary Carol and Lindsay Senay aboard Dream Catcher (IP45-03) and the Smith family aboard MADJK (IP40-61), all finish their highly publicized (well, at least in the IP Newsletter) circumnavigations of the globe. Directly after the Annapolis Show, David Heaphy sails his new IP485-01, Dancing in the Dark, in the Caribbean 1500 and again wins 1st in Class.
